COMPANY REGISTRATION WITH NAME RESERVATION

To register a company with a name, it is required that a name be reserved with CIPC (see name reservation). CIPC proposes that 4 proposed names be lodged when applying for a name reservation. Once the name is reserved then the company can be registered with the reserved name.

• Track the name reservation for the company
• Obtain all the necessary details and documents necessary for the registration of the company
• Ensure all supporting documents are acceptable to CIPC
• Apply for the company registration and submit the supporting documents to CIPC
• Track the application for the company registration
• Obtain the registration package of Company
Upon your receipt of the registration package of the newly registered company, please ensure that these registration documents are kept on file throughout the lifetime of the company.
