COMPANY REGISTRATION WITHOUT NAME RESERVATION

When a company is registered without a reserved name, its registration number automatically becomes the company name.  Thereafter, should you wish to change the company from the registration number to a proposed name, it will require a Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) change once a name is reserved and approved (please see name reservation).

• Obtain all the necessary details and documents necessary for the registration of the company
• Ensure all supporting documents are acceptable to CIPC
• Apply for the company registration and submit the supporting documents to CIPC
• Track the application for the company registration
• Obtain the registration package of Company

Upon your receipt of the registration package of the newly registered company, please ensure that these registration documents are kept on file throughout the lifetime of the company.
