Cancellation Policy

For the purposes of this Cancellation Policy:

• “You”/ “Your” / “User” means the individual, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
• “Prinsloo Wright Incorporated” (also referred to as either, “PW Inc”, We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Prinsloo Wright Incorporated Attorneys, Lord Charles Office Park, Block C, Ground Floor, Suite No. 01, 337 Brooklyn Road, Brooklyn, Pretoria.
• “the Website” refers to Prinsloo Wright Incorporated’s Website, accessible at https://pwinc.co.za
• “the Service” refers to Prinsloo Wright Incorporated’s services as outlined on Our Website.
• “Order” means a request by You to purchase Services from us.

The use of Our Website/user system is governed by the Terms and Conditions stipulated on such Website.  By using Our Website and/or Our user system, You agree to be bound by all Our Terms and Conditions, including this Cancellation Policy, that appear on Our Website / user system.  Kindly note that regarding any professional legal services from Prinsloo Wright Incorporated which are not or cannot be purchased online from Prinsloo Wright Incorporated’s Website, the said Terms and Conditions set out in our said Website do not apply, but instead the terms and conditions contained in our Mandate setting out our fees and payment structure will apply.

Our Website and/or User System enables You to conduct online purchases from an extensive range of Services from Prinsloo Wright Incorporated, which range includes but is not limited to: consultations, CIPC services, company and close corporation services, and which Services are delivered to You by way of electronic data message (e.g. electronic mail address nominated by you).

Your Order Cancellation Rights

• You must ensure that You present Your original tax invoice or other proof of purchase when requesting a refund.
• Prinsloo Wright Incorporated does not provide refunds for any Consultations that have already been held, irrespective of whether such Consultations were held face-to-face, by way of video conference or telephone.
• Prinsloo Wright Incorporated will refund You, on Your written instruction, the payment paid by You into our nominated banking account for a Consultation booked, should You cancel in writing such booked Consultation prior to the Consultation being held, subject to Prinsloo Wright Incorporated reserving its rights to deduct an administration cost in the amount of R 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) from such amount before refunding you the balance of the amount paid by You to Us for such consultation.
• Prinsloo Wright Incorporated does not provide refunds for any
  Services provided by Us to You that have been completed.
• Where We accept Your Order, Prinsloo Wright Incorporated will deliver the Service to You as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of Your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if We are unable to deliver the Services during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel Your Order for the Service.  If You so elect to cancel Your Order on Your written instruction, We will reimburse You for the purchase price less any applicable costs incurred.
• Prinsloo Wright Incorporated will refund You the payment paid by You into Our nominated banking account for Services purchased online by You on Our Website, should You cancel the Order in writing for the aforesaid Services purchased prior to Prinsloo Wright Incorporated either • commencing with any work for such Services purchased, or • having commenced but not yet completed such Services purchased, subject to Prinsloo Wright Incorporated reserving its rights to deduct any amount that may be due to Prinsloo Wright Incorporated by You for work already done on such Services as well as any bank charges that Prinsloo Wright Incorporated may incur as a result of it paying the refund to You, from such original amount before refunding the balance of the said amount.
